Besides his role as the Managing Director of Helix Design, Dr. Shahin advises the design team on all aspects of medical planning. He has served as medical planning advisor to various design teams at Apollo Hospital Design Division. He holds an MS in General Surgery and an M.. Chir in Plastic Surgery. He has also worked for a couple of years in the UK and is well-versed with the NHS systems. In India he has worked with various hospital groups such as Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Sir Gangaram Hospital, New Delhi, and also with PGIMER, Chandigarh.

Helix Healthcare Architecture As a design-focused professional, Rang Emei has been a member of core design teams in the design of over 80 healthcare facility projects spread across India, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, West Africa & the Middle East. His healthcare design experience range from single-speciality daycare health centers to complex, large-scale multi-speciality tertiary-care hospitals. Rang Emei has also worked closely with some of the most well-respected international healthcare design teams on some major health facility projects in India as well as overseas locations. While taking the lead in addressing macro level strategy, planning & design issues, he is also exceptionally particular about getting the smallest design details right. His design approach is driven by his belief in down-to-earth pragmatism, simplicity and honesty in design.

Over a professional career spanning 20 years, Anand has been involved in designing a wide variety of projects, including correctional, healthcare, educational and institutional facilities. Besides the many other responsibilities he took on in both public & private sector healthcare facility projects, Anand was also a key member of the architectural design and project execution team for the iconic Civic Center building for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
Anand excels in design development, multi-disciplinary coordination, leading statutory approval documentation & client interfacing. He is quick on the uptake, extremely sensitive & responsive to client requirements. His sincerity, uprightness and professional integrity are respected by all the clients he works with.

In the nearly two decades of her experience in the field of healthcare planning and design, Pallabi has been principal healthcare space planner-architect for numerous large-scale hospitals and medical college projects. While taking the lead in programming & clinical space planning, Pallabi is also highly proficient in architectural design development and multi-disciplinary design coordination. She is a stickler for ensuring time-bound design deliverables. Her astute sense of high professional ethics drives her approach to the profession. She calls a spade a spade. Her high sense of responsibility & unwavering dedication to her work has been appreciated by numerous clients she has worked with.
Pallabi has led numerous multi-disciplinary project teams in the past. She has also been a visiting faculty of contact programmes for hospital management courses and has participated in various national and international conferences & seminars.
Pallabi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture & a Master’s Degree in Urban Design.
During the last 6 years, Joy has been instrumental in delivering some of our most important hospital design projects. He led the design delivery of Care Hospital projects which include Care Outpatient Center, Banjara Hills, Care Main Hospital, Banjara Hills and Care Hi-Tech City Hospital, Gachhibowli in Hyderabad. Joy was also the lead project architect for the 250-bed multi-speciality tertiary-care (450,000sqft) hospital project for Suasth Healthcare in Mumbai.
Joy is proficient, skillful, disciplined, efficient and exceptionally sincere in his approach to work. These qualities in him have been valued and appreciated by all the clients that he has worked with.

Gautam Trivedi T is an architect, interior designer, craftsman, colour consultant, water colourist, painter of imaginary worlds, and miniaturist. With a penchant for colour and detail, coupled with cross disciplinary curiosity, Gautam focuses on the design and styling of interior spaces, furniture systems and the creation of inner spaces for healing. An accomplished architectural illustrator, his works have been published by leading publishers such as Dorling Kindersley of the UK.
In the past, Gautam has worked with Swedish architect Carl Christiansson and Prakash Mankar on several important corporate office and hotel projects in India.
As visiting faculty, Gautam teaches architectural design at the Sushant School of Art and Architecture in Gurgaon.
Mudita focuses on interior architecture & design. With a keen sense of colour, design aesthetics and a good understanding of materials, she takes on a key role in the creation on well-designed interior environments.
Mudita brings to the Helix team her fairly wide experiences in exclusive interior design projects in India as well as international locations. With an exceptionally high sense of professional responsibility & dedication, she drives the deliverables process with utmost sincerity.
Mudita holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture.
As a senior member of the core design team, Gaurav handles some of the most prestigious and complex assignments of the firm. During the last four years, he has anchored challenging projects such as the one in Lagos (Nigeria) which is a 200-bed multi-speciality tertiary care hospital being constructed in the heart of Lagos city. His professional skill, tenacity, diligence, ability to connect with people and his ability to adapt to various professional circumstances are positive assets not only for himself but for the entire team as well.
